The USBC SMART (Scholarship Management and Account Reporting for Tenpins) program is making an $8 million initial investment earnings allocation to provide additional scholarships for youth bowlers, the fifth straight year of a large allocation, USBC said in this news release. The allocation was $7 million in 2025, $7 million in 2024, the $7 million in 2023, and the $7 million in 2022 that were the largest investment earnings allocations in SMART history. USBC in 2021...
