Lucky Strike Entertainment Corp. reported in an SEC filing on Thursday that Lev Ekster resigned as president of the company on Wednesday. Lucky Strike chairman and CEO Tom Shannon has been appointed to also serve as president. Lucky Strike didn’t say whether it would seek a new president, or if Shannon would keep all three jobs.
